    Cultivate connection with your breath and your baby during Mum & Cub Yoga.

     

    During this class we pair the breath with yogic movement, exploring the edges of shapes without pushing too far. We find strength as we embrace our body's tension, and find ease in letting-go (for babes in arms and crawling).
